Privacy & Data
This page describes how No Noise Letter handles your data right now, during early access. It is intentionally specific to the product as it exists today: approved-access accounts, necessary auth/session storage, transactional email, and no optional analytics or marketing cookies at this stage.
Effective date: 2026-04-02
Controller: No Noise Letter (operated by Kuba Szwajka)
Product: No Noise Letter — an AI-assisted personal newsletter and editorial briefing service.
Support: support@nonoiseletter.com
We currently process personal data to:
| Provider | Role |
|---|---|
| Clerk | Authentication, account identity, email verification, and session handling. |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery. |
| OpenRouter | Model gateway used for AI-assisted generation. |
| Tavily | Web research for gathering source material. |
| Langfuse (optional) | AI telemetry and debugging traces when explicitly enabled in server config. |
| Railway | Application hosting. |
Right now we store only the necessary auth and session data. No optional analytics or marketing cookies are intentionally loaded at this stage.
Required to sign users in, keep sessions active, and protect authenticated routes.
Stores the selected interface language (English or Polish).
Only used when Langfuse keys are configured on the server to inspect AI generation traces.
We keep account, newsletter, topic, edition, and delivery records while the account and service are still active, and for as long as they are needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Some operational records may persist longer in backups, logs, or provider systems. The product does not yet offer self-serve deletion or export, so retention is intentionally conservative for now and will tighten before any public launch.
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or clarification about the personal data we hold during early access.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also have the right to object to some processing or to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. For users in Poland, that includes the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
This privacy notice is deliberately narrow. It reflects the product as it exists today in early access: no public signup, no paid subscriptions, no marketing consent flow, and no optional analytics by default. If the product expands, this page will expand with it.
