We store necessary auth/session data and language preference data. On public pages, we may load Umami Analytics for aggregate, cookieless web analytics. We do not intentionally load marketing cookies, ad pixels, or session replay at this stage.
Required to sign users in, keep sessions active, and protect authenticated routes.
Stores the selected interface language (English or Polish).
Only used when Langfuse keys are configured on the server to inspect AI generation traces.
When enabled, measures aggregate public-page usage without analytics cookies. It is limited to public marketing and legal routes.
We keep account, newsletter, topic, edition, and delivery records while the account and service are still active, and for as long as they are needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Some operational and billing records may persist longer in backups, logs, or provider systems where required for security, accounting, tax, dispute, or legal reasons. Self-serve deletion and export remain limited during the early launch.
You can contact us to ask for a copy of or access to the personal data we hold, or to request correction, deletion, or clarification about billing during the early launch.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also have the right to object to some processing or to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. For users in Poland, that includes the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
This privacy notice is deliberately narrow. It reflects the product as it exists today: public signup through Clerk, a Clerk-managed 14-day Pro trial with payment details required, Pro and Pro Plus paid plans through Clerk Billing and Stripe, no marketing consent flow, cookieless Umami analytics limited to public pages, and no adtech or session replay. If the product expands, this page will expand with it.
